Sick picture right? This is Justin Lester, or more commonly known as Harry. I am proud to say that I have not only been blessed to have this man coach in my corner, but I've even been given the opportunity to wrestle with him. From my hometown, Harry was able to run a few camps for our wrestling team back when I was still a youth wrestler. Energetic and down to earth, Harry showed us all tons of great technique and some of the luckier ones like myself were even able to go live with him. I won't ever forget it, simply because as we got into a scramble, I managed to throw a bow in his face and bust his lip, while I somehow managed to get a black eye in the process. I asked him to sign my shirt after the practice was over and he wrote a nice little quote saying, "Thanks for the fat lip".
In terms of his success, Harry was inevitably the person who inspired me to take up freestyle and greco-roman wrestling. Without him, who knows where I'd be as a wrestler? I would have never wrestled for the National team or anything along those lines for that matter if it weren't for him.
Mr. Lester has accomplished many great things on and off the mat, including a world bronze medal, is engaged, and even has a beautiful baby girl. Although he has these accomplishments obtained, he still stays hungry. Harry will be representing America at the next Olympics at 66 kg and is aspiring to get the gold this year. I have every bit of faith he can do so, and I'll be rooting him on during the entire process.
